If, for whatever reason you wish to discontinue your monthly support subscription, you may reach out to us at hello@ecomluxx.com and we will cancel it immediately. Upon cancellation we will not be able to issue any refunds for any payments made up until your cancellation date, and we will honor our commitment to your store's success for the remainder of that month (paid) as well as complete any outstanding developments or tasks before discontinuing our service to you.
