Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Client-owned assets and deliverables defined in your contract belong to you upon payment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecom Luxx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
