This page brings together every choice you have about how Ecom Luxx LLC ("Ecom Luxx", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal information on ecomluxx.com. Fuller detail sits in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy; this page exists so you do not have to read either of them to exercise a right.

1. Cookies and tracking on this site

We do not display a cookie consent banner on this website. Analytics and marketing technologies run when you visit, and this page is where you stop them. Every route below takes effect immediately, works for any visitor anywhere, and requires no explanation from you.

• Global Privacy Control — the one-click route — enable GPC in a supporting browser or a browser extension and we automatically stop every analytics and marketing technology on this site for that browser. Nothing to email, nothing to confirm, no account needed. Because the signal is stored per browser, enable it on each browser and device you use.
• Browser controls — most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.

2. Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to cover disclosures of online identifiers to advertising and identity-resolution partners, and where those definitions apply our use of visitor-identification technology may qualify. You can opt out through any of the following, and you do not need to tell us why.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, of targeted advertising, and of all analytics and visitor-identification technology on this site. We act on it for every visitor, not only where a law obliges us to, because a single honoured signal is worth more than a banner nobody reads. You do not need to do anything else. Because the signal is stored per browser, enable GPC on each browser and device you use.

3. Marketing emails

Every marketing email we send contains an unsubscribe link. You can also simply reply and ask us to stop, or email hello@ecomluxx.com, and we will remove you. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop us replying to an enquiry you send us, or emailing you about work we are actively doing for you.

4. Access, correction, deletion and portability

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We extend these rights to every visitor who asks, regardless of location, because operating two standards is more trouble than it is worth.

• How to make a request — email hello@ecomluxx.com with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. If you contacted us from a different address than the one you are writing from, mention that too so we can find you.
• Verification — we will ask you to confirm control of the email address the data is associated with, and may ask for one additional piece of information that matches our records. We will not ask you for a government ID or any sensitive document.
• Authorised agents — an agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. We may still contact you directly to confirm.
• Timing — we acknowledge within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If a request is complex we may extend once by a further 45 days, and we will tell you before we do. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland we will respond within one month, as GDPR requires, extending only where that law allows. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive.

If we say no

You may appeal any decision to refuse a request by replying to our response with the word "Appeal" and a sentence explaining why. Appeals are reviewed by someone other than the person who made the original decision, and we will respond within 45 days with our conclusion and the reasons for it. If we refuse the appeal we will give you a link to lodge a complaint with your state Attorney General or supervisory authority.

5. EU, UK and Swiss visitors

If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, our visitor-identification technology operates at company level only and never identifies you personally.

We do not run a consent banner, so the analytics and identification technologies on this site operate on the basis of our legitimate interests rather than your consent. Because that processing supports direct marketing, your right to object is unqualified — if you object we stop, we do not weigh it against our own interests, and we do not ask you to give a reason. Enabling Global Privacy Control counts as an objection and needs nothing further from you.
