- When you use StoreSignal: your Shopify store URL and the email address you enter to receive your audit.
- When you email us: your email address and the contents of your message.
- When you become a client: information needed to deliver our services, including business details, billing information, and access credentials you choose to share with us.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and click behaviour.
- Session recordings via Microsoft Clarity, which capture mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and form interactions on our site. Sensitive form fields are masked.
- Analytics events via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Information collected from public sources
We may collect business contact information from public sources such as company websites, LinkedIn, and similar professional directories. This is limited to business contact details and is used only to contact prospects who match our ideal client profile.

- Calendly bookings: as long as your booking record is maintained.
